Congratulations to the baseball team for remaining undefeated in the Class 1A Regional Playoffs and winning the Championship! They will face the Liberty Baptist Knights on Thursday, May 15th, at 3:30 PM at Indian Springs High School in the state playoffs. Go Leopards!

Admission prices for NIAA state events (per event per day) are:
Adults: $12
Students with a valid high school or younger ID: $5
Children age 8 and younger are admitted free.
NIAA Courtesy Cards and Lifetime Passes will be honored for the legitimate pass holder and one guest.

State Baseball and Softball Information:

All parking and ticketing for the event will need to be through the gate off of Boulder Lane!
There will be concessions at the event with a wide variety of food, drink and snacks!
Bathrooms for the event will be located at a red building labeled “snack barn” as well as a single serve bathroom at the tan building between both fields!
Seating: There are bleachers surrounding both the baseball and softball fields, so there will be minimal areas for lawn chairs. Please be prepared for the sun as shade is limited at the fields!

Huge shoutout to our incredible softball team! They battled fiercely and emerged victorious as the Class 1A Northern Region Softball Playoff Champions! Way to make us proud! 🎉⚾️
They will face the Round Mountain Lady Knights on Thursday, May 15th, at 3:30 PM at Indian Spring High School in the State Playoffs. Wishing good luck to all athletes and coaches!



The Wells Elementary PTO will hold a meeting on May 28, 2025, at 4 PM, taking place at Wells Elementary School. This meeting will focus on the election of board members. All interested parents and guardians are encouraged to attend to get involved, and stay informed.

A huge shout-out to Truman K for being the first seed heading to state golf and for finishing second overall in regionals! Truman will travel to Las Vegas next week to compete in the 2025 Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association Class 2A State Boys Golf Championship, which is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, May 13-14, at The Club at Sunrise.

Our Lady Leopards softball team is heading to the Class 1A Northern Region Softball Playoffs on Friday, May 9th, as the number 1 seed with an impressive record of 14-0! They will face the Mineral County Serpents, who have a record of 7-6, at 8:30 AM at Mineral County High School. Good luck to all the athletes and coaches!

Today, our golf team hosted its home tournament at Chimney Rock Municipal Golf Course. The boys are performing exceptionally well as they prepare for the Class 2A East League Boys Golf Championship tournament, which will take place on Tuesday, May 6th, at Toana Vista Golf Club in West Wendover.

Our baseball team just secured a solid victory at the Elko JV tournament, beating Lowry 7 to 4. Way to go, Leopards!

Last week, Mr. Roberson had the incredible opportunity to take five of our outstanding students to Las Vegas for the 2025 ACDA Nevada All-State Conference High School All-State Choir. Throughout the event, the students engaged in intensive rehearsals. They also had the privilege of performing in a concert, showcasing their hard work.



We're excited to share some great news! Three of our amazing elementary students entered their stories in the Elko County Writers' Festival and placed! They were celebrated at the awards ceremony in Elko, where they received a special book featuring their stories. What a wonderful achievement! Congratulations to Evalyn B, Dorothy H and Ally K!
