The OHS Hope Squad members served the holiday meal to the elders at the Duck Valley Senior Center today. The students delivered trays of food and refilled drinks. They played trivia and seniors with the correct answer won prizes. The members assisted with the gingerbread contest, delivering the houses and prizes to the winners and they helped judge the centerpieces. Hope Squad members distributed gifts and assisted with the lump of coal game where each senior received a number, the numbers were drawn and the winner had 7 seconds to open the wrapped lump of coal. The squad was happy to be of service to the senior center members.
