Please note that the main entrance is now the elementary doors. The drive through the school is not accessible during school hours and the high school doors are for students and staff only. All visitors should come in through the elementary on the east side of the school.

OCS will have one bus route in the afternoon on Thursday, August 29 (due to athletic trips). We apologize for the inconvenience. From Russ Abel: We are back to two buses until further notice. Bus Loading for our PM Routes only and will be as follows. Bus #436 Florine will load New Town drop-off and return back to OCS for the Idaho students. Bus #437 Russ will load and drop off the West of River students.

Owyhee Combined School will not be in session Friday, August 30 for Fair Day and Monday, September 2 for Labor Day. School will resume September 3 and go through until Friday, September 6. Since we are on a 4-day week, we will attend school September 6.

7th Annual Immunizations Clinic in Elko on August 9, 2024.

The Class of 2024 Senior Hallway Walk is scheduled Thursday June 6 2024 at 12:30 PM. This will be followed by a Yearbook Signing/Block Party on Academic Drive (south side of the school). Come join us and wish our seniors congratulations as they end their high school careers.

Jr High Sports Awards Potluck is set for June 4 at 5:30 PM in the school lunchroom located in the Crawford gym.

OCS Field Day will be June 5 from 9 AM to 11 AM and includes grades PK-6. Come join the fun, stay hydrated and use sunscreen if you have it.

We are hosting another opportunity for you, or someone you know, to learn to be a bus driver. This is a good opportunity to become qualified to drive a school bus either on a full-time basis or just for trips and sports on the weekends.
